Infinity Trader EA Version 1.7 Released! New SmartProfit Parameter, Enhanced Time Management, and Low-Risk Settings!

We’re excited to announce the release of Infinity Trader EA version 1.7, designed to offer greater control, flexibility, and tailored risk management to fit your trading preferences and account size. Our team has been hard at work on this update, implementing user feedback to create an even more adaptive trading experience. Here’s what’s new:

1. Introducing the SmartProfit Parameter

One of the highlights of this update is the SmartProfit parameter. By default, SmartProfit is set to true, ensuring trades close at the average price of all open trades, just as it has in previous versions. However, for traders looking to adopt a lower-risk approach, you can now set SmartProfit to false. When false, the EA will close trades once a total profit in pips (defined by the ProfitPips parameter) is achieved. This new option is perfect for traders who prefer a more conservative trading strategy.

2. Enhanced Time Management System with NoAddsAlso

To enhance control over trading during restricted hours, we’ve introduced the NoAddsAlso parameter in the Time Management System. This parameter lets you choose whether the EA should refrain from opening additional trades during specified restricted hours. With this added flexibility, users can refine their trading schedules to suit specific market conditions or personal trading preferences more precisely than ever before.

3. Low-Risk Settings for Small Accounts

We know that many of our traders operate with smaller account balances, so we’ve developed new low-risk settings specifically tailored for each supported pair. These optimized settings come in .set files prepared to work effectively on accounts as low as $300, and we’ve published backtests on our blog so you can see the results for yourself.

These new low-risk settings are included in the installation packages for both automatic and manual setups.

Note: while the standard settings remain our recommended configuration for maximum profitability, the new low-risk options provide an excellent alternative for those with smaller accounts or a preference for cautious trading.
